Who's a socialist?

The outputs of the US political system, as manifested by the services, subsidies, prices, protections, taxes, leases, credits, and market quotas established by the government, effect the various areas of business and socioeconomic life mostly to the benefit of those who own the wealth of this nation and at the expense of the working man and woman. In almost every area of enterprise, our government has provided business with unsurpassed opportunities for non-risk investments, gainful inefficiently, monopolistic pricing, lucrative contracts, and huge profits. Deficit spending offers and endless market for the defense, space, and nuclear industries and provides for the financial and global expansion and military protection of the multinational corporations. From ranchers to resort owners, from doctors to bankers, from automakers to missile makers there prevails a welfarism for the rich of such stupendous magnitude as to make us drop-jaw at the big businessman’s audacity in preaching the virtues of self-reliance and private initiative whenever lesser forms of public assistance threaten to reach hands other than his own.
